Judy Gillespie established her company, Focus Event Management, in 1991 to focus on project management, where skilled organising and creativity is required - bringing it all together.
The focus is the delivery of a personal service, drawing on Judy's wealth of experience spanning 25 years, and her superior project management expertise.
Services are available in the following ways:
- Consultancy services, guiding and directing clients on projects and events
- Contract operations management on a project or part-project basis
- Supplementary contracting during busy periods or staff leave
- Creating a team of associates in the development and delivery of a project
Clients choose their preferred arrangement for the partnership. With a mobile office structure, services can be provided internally at the client’s office or externally, nationally and internationally.
